Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and hotdog55 ("Platform"). This document governs all aspects of platform use, including access to games, financial transactions, use of bonuses and all services provided.

By completing account registration, making a deposit or accessing any part of the hotdog55 platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement in its entirety.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions of this document, the Malay version shall apply as the final reference for players residing in Malaysia.

Eligibility & Registration

Player Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the hotdog55 platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated balances, bonuses and winnings.

You are fully responsible for:

Deposit & Withdrawal

The hotdog55 platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

All deposits must be made using a method registered under the player's account name. hotdog55 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal for the purpose of anti-money laundering compliance.

Funds deposited into an account represent the player's own money and are not a loan from the platform. All deposits made are final. The platform is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Game Rules

• Sharing account information or allowing another person to use your account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through methods designed to exploit the system.

Account Closure & Suspension

hotdog55 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Recommendation by a relevant authority or legal compliance requirement.
• Account inactivity over an extended period.
• A request by the player for voluntary closure.
• A self-exclusion request submitted through customer support channels.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the hotdog55 customer support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in a lawfully closed account will be returned to the player subject to applicable conditions, including fulfilment of wagering requirements for any active bonuses.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, hotdog55 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from:

Amendments to Terms

Laws & Jurisdiction
